We started the first movement of our project with the city of Porto.

Rabanada Poveira Workshop
We learned how to make the traditional dessert of Póvoa de Varzim.
Hotel Visits
We learned about the target audience and kitchen operations by making observations in two different themed hotels.
Restaurant Visits
Our students discovered typical Portuguese cuisine in the restaurants of the northern coastal region.
Visit Seafood Farms
Information on seafood farming along the coast was obtained.
Certificate Program
We concluded our fun and productive trip by receiving our certificates.
