With original contributions that will ensure the development of the principles of Turkish National Education, Hacı Muzaffer Bakbak Girls Technical and Vocational High School Directorate aims to be a cultural and vocational education center that provides the effective use of the knowledge, skills, values and technology required by the Information Age, trains individuals with the professional equipment required by our country and the entrepreneurial spirit to open their own workplaces, prepares students for higher education and sets an example and a leader in the environment with its educational staff and students.

Our aim is to create a creative and organized education-training environment that will enable our students to learn by doing and experiencing, to transform their theoretical knowledge into practice effectively and efficiently with methods that will take into account the environment and physical conditions, to train qualified personnel who will respond to the students' abilities and the needs of the society and to place them in the relevant departments of universities, and to raise all our students as individuals who have reached the level of knowledge, experience and skill in physical environments equipped with technological tools and equipment suitable for the requirements of the age on national and international platforms.
